These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of beautyforest.co.uk (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully and save or print a copy for your records.

This Site is operated by Beauty Forest (“Beauty Forest”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We are a curated clean beauty and wellbeing retailer trading in the United Kingdom.

2. Using our Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the Site without notice where reasonably necessary.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. Products
We take care to describe and show our products accurately. However, packaging, formulations and ingredient lists can change, and the colours and finishes you see may vary depending on your screen. The images on the Site are for illustration only. Always read the label, ingredient list and any usage guidance supplied with the product before use.
All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change products at any time.
5. Skin sensitivity, allergies and supplements
Cosmetic and wellbeing products can affect people differently. If you have sensitive skin, known allergies or a medical condition, please review the ingredient list and patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Any food supplements we sell are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.
6. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
7. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy from us. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it — this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error) we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.
8. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated. Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. If delivery is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimise the delay.
9. Cancellations and returns
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@beautyforest.co.uk with your order details. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you have returned them).
Hygiene exception: for hygiene and safety reasons, sealed cosmetics, skincare, supplements and personal-care items that have been unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

10. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will provide a repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Promotions, discount codes and rewards
From time to time we may run promotions, offer discount codes or operate a rewards scheme. These may be subject to additional terms, which we will make available at the time. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders or rewards where we reasonably believe a promotion has been used fraudulently or in breach of its terms.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, branding, graphics and page design — is owned by or licensed to Beauty Forest and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
13. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, comment or other content to the Site, you confirm it is your own, accurate and not unlawful, offensive or misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce that content in connection with the Site and our business. We may remove content that we reasonably consider inappropriate.
14. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, that were not caused by our breach, or that arise from business use (the Site is provided for domestic and private use). We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Site.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies is explained in our Cookie Information page. Please review both to understand how we handle your information.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including supply failures, strikes, extreme weather, or interruptions to telecommunications or transport networks.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Site at the time you placed it. We recommend you review this page periodically.
18. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@beautyforest.co.uk and we will try to resolve it quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to use the dispute-resolution options available to UK consumers.
